Just few steps from Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, there is a Restaurant Bar Winery. It is clean and the owners are very kind. Claudio was born in Rome in the Vatican City neighbourhood, and he speaks very well english. Ewa was born in Poland,but she lives in Rome since 90's, she also speaks english and polish. It is highly recommended,because it is in an ideal position,for a walk to the Vatican, Trastevere or to  The Downtown. It opens on 06:00 am to 20:00 pm, they offer Italian & American breakfast, Italian Lunch & Dinner at a reasonable price. A Tea Room is available, and is used as restaurant at Lunch time, also available outside tables in the good season.
